My kitchen is mauve... like, seriously mauve. From the floors, to the counters and cabinets on up the tiled walls, it is this brave shade of pink. It's a bit ridiculous, but in a strange way I have learned to love it. In the same strange way, the unique challenges I have faced in the last year have left their mark on my culinary heart, but through it all my passion for good food has prevailed...just evolved a bit. I now focus on healthy, allergy safe, and family friendly food on a budget.
